Joseph Tacoronte is a Staten Island native and electrician for almost 2 decades. By day, Joe is a Local 3 journeyman electrician and father of 2, but by night he is a master smoker and BBQ connoisseur.

Joe began a love for barbecue at a young age, but his passion to cook came after he met his wife, Jaclyn Tacoronte, who is a Texas native, which offers some of the best BBQ in the world! Joe had a culinary standard to meet, but in the recent years, he has perfected and mastered his techniques to bring some of the best barbecue in New York City!

Joe was an awardee of the Celebrity Chef “Fan Favorite” at the 2018 North Shore Rotary Club in Staten Island.

Joe was also a finalist for the Staten Island Advance’s official cookbook distributed throughout the borough and New York City.
